At Taymouth Marina, we know that your dogs are a big part of your family. Therefore, they’re a part of the Taymouth family too! We love to see you arrive with your pampered pooches and adventure dogs, and love to cater to their every need. Read on to learn how much we love your pups just as much as you do!

Pup Welcome Packs…

On arrival, we can supply your dogs with a welcome pack, including bowls, food, toys and chews. We couldn’t leave your pets wanting whilst you have a delicious dinner at the Ferryman’s Inn, could we? Our pet-friendly apartments will feel just like home with the addition of some treats (and their favourite humans), meaning the whole family can enjoy their stay.

Dog-Friendly Restaurant…

Why would we invite you and your pups to stay if they aren’t welcome in our restaurant? The Ferryman’s Inn is always open to all our guests – four-legged included! Filled water bowls, doggy biscuits and plenty of cuddles from our fantastic staff await your pups on their visit.

Meals for the human visitors are just as delicious, with a menu inspired by Scotland’s larder. Highlights include steamed Shetland mussels, fillet of North Sea cod and 8oz beef rump. For dessert why not try our delicious wood-roasted chocolate banana and wash it all down with one of our fabulous cocktails…we think an espresso martini is in order!

Outdoor Activities…

Whether it’s whiling away the day in the spa, getting involved with our watersport activities or enjoying a few drinks at the bar, there is certainly plenty to see and do in and around Taymouth Marina. Your furry friends might enjoy being taken on one of the many walks available in the area, seeing waterfalls, villages and Ben Lawers along the way. Tire those pups out with a day of beautiful walks before enjoying a chilly swim in Loch Tay to complete your day before dinner and drinks at the Ferryman’s Inn!

Paddleboarding…

Any water dogs out there? Our paddleboards are the perfect way to explore the Loch, and your furry friends can come along for the ride if they wear a flotation device, are confident swimmers and are happy to sit and enjoy the view whilst you do all the paddling. Throughout September, all watersports are discounted by 30%, so get your bookings in quick to enjoy a fabulous day out on the water!
