MAINTENANCE CREW
Reports to: Resort Maintenance Manager
Requirement: Clean driving licence
About the Role
We are looking to recruit full-time individuals to work in our unique setting. The successful candidate will work well as part of a team, with direct contact with colleagues and guests on a daily basis.
You will assist with day-to-day and project work maintaining the grounds, landscape and buildings across the Marina, including:
- Gardening and minor landscaping to keep the Marina looking its best
- General handyman and repair work across buildings and outside areas
- Responding quickly to maintenance issues and resolving them where possible
- Delivering daily tasks in a timely, competent manner with attention to detail
- Taking pride in exceptional customer service for every guest and visitor
- Assisting with driving duties for the resort
About You
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
- Works well in a team and communicates effectively
- Great attention to detail and high standards
- Some previous experience and/or qualifications in grounds maintenance
- A clean driving licence (required)

We have a hardworking and motivated team in place and are looking to expand it with a new housekeeper. With many guests returning year after year, you’ll play a big part in the experience that keeps them coming back.
