Meeting Point
Meet at reception at Taymouth Marina, where your skipper will welcome the group and run through the session.
Orientation & Safety
A short briefing covers the sauna, the cold water plunge and life jacket fitting before you set off. Life jackets are provided and must be worn on deck.
The Cruise
Weather permitting, you’ll cruise along Loch Tay while moving between the wood-fired sauna and the fresh air on deck. The pace is entirely your own.
The Farewell
Your session ends back at the marina with a complimentary herbal drink at The Ferryman’s Inn — a warm, unhurried finish to the experience.
