Opening March 2025 ~ a truly unique stay on Loch Tay. Our houseboats feature a rooftop terrace with loungers, an outdoor dining porch, and swim ladders for direct loch access. Inside, you’ll find a cosy double bed, a shower room with a toilet, and a relaxing lounge with a sofa and coffee table. The kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, and full crockery set. Enjoy modern comforts with TV, WiFi, robes, slippers, and fresh linens—all included for a one-of-a-kind experience on the water.
Life vests and safety brief shall be provided upon arrival. Checkin from 12pm – 5pm.

- The houseboats are moored within the marina and neighbouring boats are nearby. Outdoor terrace areas may be visible to surrounding guests
- As these are floating accommodations, some movement on board is normal
- The HotBoat remains static within the marina and does not leave the berth
