Staying at Taymouth Marina
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am
Can I have late check out/early check in?
This is not always possible, please contact the front desk to check for your individual booking.
Where can I put my waste?
A bin store is located on site to the lefthand side of the red apartment block.
Where is the key safe?
Situated on the wall beside reception. We shall email you the key code nearer the time of your stay.
Where do I leave keys if I a leaving before before 9am?
Please place them in the key safe which is situated beside reception. We will email you the key code nearer the time of your stay.
Do we have our own parking?
There is Ample parking close to each property but not specific to each house.
Can I bring pets other than dogs?
Yes, pets are allowed in certain accommodation and a fee will apply.
Can I have visitors to my accommodation?
Yes of course, however any overnight guests should be agreed prior to arrival.
What times can I use hot tub?
You can use the hot tub up until 10pm
Is there a play area for children?
Yes we have play equipment and open space for ball games. In the summer months we have a games area.
Is there an area to exercise my dog?
There are plenty of walks and local routes for dog walking.
What happens if I lose my keys?
There will be a replacement cost of £15 per lost key.
Do you have a shop on site?
There is not a shop on site, however, there is a little post office in the village of Kenmore which is open 9am-5pm with a small selection of groceries and toiletries. The nearest supermarket is in Aberfeldy 6 miles away and open till late.
Facilities & Equipment
Are towels and linen provided?
Yes, one bath towel, a hand towel and face cloth per person.
Do you supply toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs etc?
An initial supply for the first night is provided.
Can you supply a cot, high chair and stair gate?
Yes, we supply these free of charge. However they must be pre-booked.
Do you supply robes and slippers?
We have robes and slippers that are available to hire at a cost of £9.50
Do you have cable/sky tv?
Certain apartments have this. Please check the individual descriptions on each property page.
Do you have wi-fi?
Yes, the resort has wi-fi throughout.
Does the accommodation have phones to reception?
There is not a direct link, but you can reach us on 01887 830216
Do you have iPod docks/sound speakers?
No, we do not have these in the property.
Do the properties have dvds/films?
We don’t have these in every property.
Do you have an iron and ironing board?
Yes, all accommodation has an iron and ironing board.
Are hairdryers supplied?
Yes, all accommodation has a hairdryer in each bedroom.
Does the accommodation have first aid boxes?
Please contact reception with any first aid requirements.
Can I have a foldaway bed?
We do not supply foldaway beds.
