Tucked away on the banks of Loch Tay, The Ferryman’s Inn offers a warm welcome and a dining experience that’s both relaxed and refined. Our small, scenic restaurant celebrates everything we love about Scotland – its natural beauty, warm hospitality, and exceptional local produce.

Our thoughtfully crafted menu puts flavour first, with ingredients sourced from some of Perthshire’s best local suppliers. Wherever possible, we keep things close to home, making as much as possible in-house and showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients and an ever changing seasonal menu.

At the heart of our kitchen, you’ll find our incredible wood-fired pizza oven and open grill – the stars of our indulgent yet unfussy menu. Whether you’re after a long lunch or a laid-back dinner, there’s something to tempt every palate.

Settle indoors beside the fire with a glass of wine from our curated list, enjoy a local craft beer at the bar, or take in the spectacular views of Ben Lawers from our covered and heated terrace with a G&T and a slice of fresh wood-fired pizza.

We’re proud to support Scottish producers, from organic beers and locally roasted coffee to small-batch spirits. Our team is always happy to help you discover something new.

With regular live acoustic sets on the terrace, every visit feels like something special – whether it’s your first time or a familiar favourite.

Please note, we’re a small and popular spot especially through the warmer months – so we recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out.

OPENING TIMES

Summer Season ~ APRIL 2025 to SEPTEMBER 2025

  • 7 days a week from 10am – 10pm weekdays, 11pm Fridays & Saturdays
  • Kitchen open 12pm to 4pm and 5pm to 9pm

Winter Season ~ OCTOBER 2024 to MARCH 2025

  • 7 days a week from 11am to 10pm weekdays, 11pm Fridays & Saturdays
  • Kitchen open 12pm to 4pm & 5pm to 9pm

A deposit of £5 per person has been instated for Saturday night bookings, deposits fully-redeemable against final bill.

The main restaurant, bar & terraced area offer an a la carte menu and table service throughout. Please add any special requests to the ‘notes’ when booking i.e highchair needed, or accessible seating required. The restaurant offers a smaller takeaway menu, however please be advised that this service may be paused during peak dining hours.
