As Scotland’s First Floating Sauna, the HotBoat invites you to embrace the elements ~ the warmth of a wood-fired sauna, the exhilarating rush of a loch dip, and the stunning Highland scenery that surrounds you. This unique experience is an extension of our award-winning HotBox Spa, designed to combine adventure, relaxation, and the incredibly Scottish outdoors.

For the launch of this unique experience, complimentary HotBoat access will be available to our Houseboat residents. When staying in one of our Houseboats, your experience just got even better with access to the floating sauna from 12:30pm to 2pm daily, already included in the price of your stay.

Embark on Scotland’s most refreshing wellness adventure – a floating, wood-fired sauna HotBoat Cruise across the majestic waters of Loch Tay.
Step aboard our custom sauna vessel for a 2 hour experience (90 minute cruise time) , where fire meets water, heat meets chill, and nature wraps around you in every direction. Feel the deep, dry heat of the wood-fired sauna, brave a wild dip, and breath in fresh loch air, awe-inspiring views, unwinding in silence or good company, floating through Highland stillness!

In the event of poor weather or high winds, the sauna experience will remain safely moored in a sheltered bay rather than cruising. You’ll still enjoy the full sauna session, wild swim access, and the same breathtaking views — just with a little less motion.

Uniquely crafted, bespoke houseboats for two people for two night stays within our brand-new marina with stunning views and rooftop terraces.
A truly unique stay on Loch Tay. . our Houseboats feature a rooftop terrace with loungers, an outdoor dining porch, and swim ladders for direct loch access, perfect for wild swimming.
Inside, you’ll find a cosy double bed, a shower room with a toilet, and a relaxing lounge with a sofa and coffee table. The kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, and full crockery set. Enjoy modern comforts with TV, WiFi, robes, slippers, and fresh linens ~ all included for a one-of-a-kind experience on the water.
