As Scotland’s first floating sauna, the HotBoat invites you to embrace the elements—the warmth of a wood-fired sauna, the exhilarating rush of a loch dip, and the stunning Highland scenery that surrounds you. This unique experience is an extension of our award-winning HotBox Spa, designed to combine adventure, relaxation, and the incredibly Scottish outdoors.

Uniquely crafted, bespoke houseboats for two people for two night stays within our brand-new marina with stunning views and rooftop terraces.
A truly unique stay on Loch Tay. . our Houseboats feature a rooftop terrace with loungers, an outdoor dining porch, and swim ladders for direct loch access, perfect for wild swimming.
Inside, you’ll find a cosy double bed, a shower room with a toilet, and a relaxing lounge with a sofa and coffee table. The kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, and full crockery set. Enjoy modern comforts with TV, WiFi, robes, slippers, and fresh linens ~ all included for a one-of-a-kind experience on the water.
