13 LochView is a luxurious penthouse one bedroom plus loft apartment situated in our newest development finished in December 2019. With grandstand views from its enormous balcony you can savour the views over Loch Tay and the hills beyond from the comfort of it all weather outdoor lounge furniture – if you’re lucky you might even be able to catch the northern lights over Drummond Hill.
The beautifully furnished double bedroom with double bed and 50-inch TV leads on to the contemporary oak floored open plan living, kitchen and dining area where you can soak up the views from its 4 seater dining table or from its two 3 seater leather and Harris tweed sofas. If you’ve had enough of the outside world then you can always draw the curtains and watch the latest movie on the 55-inch TV with Sonos surround sound. Access of the lounge via a wooden ladder is the loft – an enormous multi-function carpeted space with bean bags and loungers for hanging out in and drinking in the views from its windows.
